Do you know what's a significantly overlooked wedding season? Winter!

When Megan and Kris came to me about planning their January wedding at one of my all-time favorite wineries(enjoying a glass of their Wild Boar Merlot as I type!) I was thrilled!

Megan and Kris were so great to work with from the very beginning and I loved their all of the little details from fun (cheesesteaks for late night snack) to sentimental (both Kris and Megans moms and Megans grandmas wedding dresses on display for the reception!)

This group knows how to party and when the happy tears were dried after a beautiful ceremony in the barrel room, the dancing kicked off. "Come On Eileen" was requested and played at least twice which made my 80s heart so happy!

If you had any doubts about having a wintry wedding, take a peek at these beautiful images by Bakerture and beat the summer heat!

This is what a professional looks like, folks.

All three vintage wedding dresses with pictures of the ladies in them were on display for guests to see during the reception. What a sweet and sentimental way to ring in the next generation of Mrs!

Kris and Megan also had a surprise visitor partake in their cake cutting. With a face that cute, how could you say no?
