As the resident mascot and chief office-walk scheduler, Bear has been an integral part of The One Moment Events from the very beginning. Bear is the "why" behind the companies success and the "who" behind all the dog fur that Rachel shows up to meetings covered in. His philosophy for living every day to it's fullest is shared in our business philosophy. Bear has taught us to focus on the important things and leave the frivolous for the birds (or the neighbors dogs). When he's not monitoring Rachels inbox, he's in his room monitoring the neighborhood kids, making sure they get to the bus on time. He loves greeting people with a sofa pillow just in case they like sporadic naps like he does. Chasing tennis balls is one of his all time favorite hobbies in addition to balloons and the occasional baby binky. He is one of the only things in the world that can make Rachel step away from her inbox.
In his own words...
"Hi, I'm Bear, an English Cream Golden Retriever West Virginian native living in the the suburbs of Gainesville, Virginia with my mom and dad. I'm only 4 so I still live with my parents. I'm The One Moment Events most adorable employee and I am partially responsible for bringing in the incredible clients we have since dog people are the best people! I mostly work behind the scenes, as a lead HR representative, my role tends to be more of that of a counselor/therapist and I take my position very seriously. I'm also available to clients who are in need of venting, therapeutic snuggles or as a fill-in ring bearer on their wedding day for a nominal fee of jerky treats and ice cream."
