The second day in Paris we woke up slightly more accustomed to the time change and ready to really dive headfirst into the Parisian scene. The sun came out and things just seemed bigger and brighter and ready for us. Our first stop of the day was the louvre and it was also our first experience on the Paris metro. As someone who gets so lost on the DC metro that strangers stop to ask me if I need directions I can tell you it was insanely easy and made us feel like true Parisians. We were meeting up with my friend Christa and her husband Nathan who moved to Germany a couple years back.
